ACCOUNT OFFICER


Qualifications



  • Male/Female, between 22 to 28 years of age.

  • Must be a Customs Administration Graduate, or a related field and one (1) year of work experience.

  • Knowledgeable of basic to advanced sales and marketing principles and strategies.

  • Adept on gathering and managing information

  • Proficiency in relevant computer application

  • Assertive, persuasive, resilient, results-oriented, highly motivated and with high tolerance to stress and impressive negotiation skills

  • Firm customer focus through asking and using customer feedback for improvement

  • Keen attention to details and strong adherence to excellence

  • Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast paced environment.

.Primary Responsibilities



  • Collaborating with project team members to gather business requirements for reporting needsDo legwork in the Company sales activities and handle sales leads.

  • Source for potential clients by performing cold calls and set meeting with prospective clients

  • Prepares and conducts service presentation and proposals for clients

  • Ensures that the Company target is achieved

  • Assists in the documentation and proper filling of work plans, correspondences and other relevant documents. (i.e contract, sales report, transaction report, etc.)

  • Assists and support the operations management in various sales driven network including business development opportunities with other corporations.

  • Build and develop relationships among the clients of the company.

  • Establish client profiling for sales quota target.

  • Handling queries from current and prospective clients.

  • Maintaining the detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services policies and communicating this knowledge to the customers.

  • Influencing development of sales and pricing strategies, market penetration and service expansion within assigned accounts.

  • Gather business, industry, market information and plan better business strategies.

  • Communicating proactively with clients and responding to customer in a timely manner.

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST


Qualifications



  • Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent

  • With 1 – 4 Years of experience in SDLC, Project Management, Business & System Analysis and/or Quality Assurance

  • With 1 – 4 Years of experience with business needs assessment, requirements elicitation, business requirements analysis and documentation and solution assessment & validation

  • Proficient in enterprise analysis, business analysis planning & monitoring

  • Proficient in training & system manual design

  • With good management and communication skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

  • Knowledge of basic project management methodology


Additional Desired Skills



  • ITIL certified is a plus

  • Background in change and release management is a plus

Qualifications

  • Guides and trains all clients on the correct usage of the company’s products and services (eg: e-IP System, Import Entry System, e-manifest System, Desktop EDI-System, Desktop Based e-IP, INS developed Trade Systems and other services).

  • Responds to the clients inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; providing the information; verifying client’s understanding of the information and answers provided, resulting to client satisfaction.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed – not only focused on own tasks but volunteers to assists teammates when necessary.

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with MS SQL 2005 and higher

  • Working issues escalated from internal teams.

  • Providing scripts to execute DB requests/reports
